A new LSM Technologies discussion paper has analysed the public available OTSI (Office of Transport Safety Investigations) Bus Fire Safety Reports over the past >10 years highlighted the long-term safety impact of Transport for NSW’s Tyre Monitoring System mandate, pointing to a sustained reduction / elimination in wheel- end, brake and tyre fire incidents across the contracted bus fleet.
