RESPA HVAC Precleaner Technology- Test proves savings on Filter life

LSM Technologies completed an in- house" testing of our Sy- Klone RESPA HVAC Precleaner and Filter Technology and proves its performance in extending Filter Life .

LSM Technologies completed an in- house" testing of our Sy- Klone RESPA HVAC Precleaner and Filter Technology and proves its performance in extending Filter Life .

The RESPA Unit was tested using copious amounts of Talcum Powder (Baby Powder) to simulate "bull dust". Talcum Power is 8.0- 10.0 micron particle size and the efficiency of the RESPA Unit in precleaning concentrated debris from the air intake is clearly obvious.

Below there is a link to our video clip of the "test" and it can be clearly derived that there is no other technology in the market that can provide for extending the service life of filters and maintain clean air flow through to the HVAC / Operators Cabin.

It should be considered that concentrations of "debris"and small particle size used in our "test"do not represent real- time application- if it did and one was utilising a Hepa filter (99.97% Eff 0.3 micron), then it would be blocked within minutes and need replacement.
